AMOE: To enter without purchase, mail a postcard (the "Mail-In Entry"), including your name, complete address, email address and phone number to the following address to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes: The Paris Baguette Rise To The Occasion Sweepstakes, PO Box 595, Social Circle, GA 30025- 0595. Each Mail-In Entry must be mailed separately and must be postmarked between Wednesday, June 14, 2023 and Monday, August 21, 2023, and received by Monday, August 28, 2023.
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States, including the District of Columbia, who are age 21 or older at the time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, outside the U.S., and wherever else prohibited by law.
Timing: The Paris Baguette Rise To The Occasion Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on Wednesday, June 14, 2023 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on Monday, August 21, 2023 (the "Sweepstakes Period").
Grand Prize: There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won. One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive Grand Prize NYC Experience package for four (4) people, Grand Prize winner and three (3) guests (the "Guest"), to New York City, New York from September 9-11, 2023. Grand Prize trip package includes:
- Round-trip, coach-class air-transportation for Grand Prize winner and three (3) Guests to
NY,NY from a major airport within the 48 contiguous United States nearest the winner's
residence as determined by Sponsor;
- Two (2) nights hotel accommodations based on a single room with quad-occupancy at a
hotel of Sponsor's choice;
- NYC entertainment package (contents to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion);
- $1,000 spending money awarded to winner in the form of a check; and
- Round-trip car transfers to/from destination airport and hotel.
The ARV of Grand Prize: $6,400. The ARV may vary based upon dates of travel and point of departure. The difference between the ARV and actual value of the Grand Prize will not be awarded.
Second Prize: There is one (1) Second Prize available to be won. One (1) Second Prize winner will receive one (1) $500 Paris Baguette gift card. The ARV of the Second Prize is: $500.
Third Prizes: There is one (1) Second Prize available to be won. One (1) Third Prize winner will receive one (1) $250 Paris Baguette gift card. The ARV of Third Prize is: $250.
The total ARV of all prizes available to be won: $7,150
