Couldn't decide between the GT+ for $280 or EX5s mossy oak for $320 but after watching some Youtube reviews I ended up buying the GT+. If you don't mind paying $35/month ($400/year) for the membership then the EX5s with the 22" monitor is an absolute steal! Personally I'd rather just connect my iPad via bluetooth to display the metrics in the Echelon app for free or use whatever fitness app I want. Here's a review of the GT+ for those interested

You know they could just cancel all oversold orders instead of offering replacement options....

Google "unlock echelon *bike-model* screen/tablet." You'll likely find a post on Reddit or echelon forums, that will link you to the XDA developers forum. There you'll find out how, if someone's done the work. Good odds someone has though.

I think echelon added support for some of those apps on the tablet, without figuring out a work around.

Great deal! I have been wanting one for a while! Pulled the trigger on the Ex5s with 22inch screen. As far as mossy oak… just gettin' me a can of black spray paint 🤣

"250lb weight limit. Which is odd… usially the camo folks tend to be the plus sized folks…"

Comments like this explain why the camo version is $230 less. I'm sure the plastic will come off and you can paint it, if it's actually an issue. 🤦🏻

If you click through to the product, it says it's a touchscreen.

For the normal looking bike yes but it's $230 less if you're willing to go redneck mode.

The 3rd one listed above is $320. It's the camo version. People are bigoted about camo and whatever weird world view they associate with it. That seems to be the only difference & it's $230 less because of it.

I have the original prime Echelon.. I would recommend. I still use it (18mo)... I don't even connect it to see watts resistance or cadance... I just do it by feel... Bike works without any power(resistance). I wouldn't get the screen versions.. I use my tablet and the room haa a 55 wall mounted tv with sound and with all access to everything

It's going to my basement so I could care less about the color. Thanks for confirming they're the same otherwise.

Thanks! Picked up the camo, been waiting for a deal on these. Decision was what is uglier, my fat ass or the bike?
