I will warn that a LOT of the time with open box, stuff like the pen is missing. It is rare that I get an open box with all of the accessories.

I haven't seen a laptop with the i7-13700h processor yet go on sale this cheap. It's not the OLED version, which probably a lot of folks are looking for. But that's still a great mix of power + screen for the price.

This seems to be another screw up or a bait and switch from Best Buy OPEN BOX
The order details page lists a different "Model#" compared to the item page with 13th Gen processor. This is most likely 12th gen and DDR4

Open the link on a PC or mobile browser to see the correct item# for 13th gen

There are two different models, one from 2022 with i7-12700H and the other one (in this deal) from 2023 with i7-13700H. Both having two different model numbers had you bothered to look at them and save yourself the embarrassment.

I post deals using a PC and I still see no difference even after adding it to the cart and going till the payment screen. Not sure what it is that you're saying.

Jesus, man. Either you've not used Best Buy or you've never bought an HP laptop before.
Model# and item# are two different things, and HP and a lot of other brands use that for their products. As you can see from the screenshot I've attached below from HP's website, this laptop is the from the same series/lineup of '16-f2xxx'. You can see they have the model number as well as the item number of the same product. These are two different things for the SAME PRODUCT.

Best Buy has displayed model number on their product page whereas on the order screen they've displayed the item number which is for the SAME product.
Thank you for downplaying the deal for absolutely no reason.
