I got our navy one for this price about a month ago and absolutely love it! I ended up getting a cover for it as well off of amazon to keep it in good condition.

Also, I was able to get an additional 11% rebate due to Home Depot matching Menards 11% rebate that was going on at the same time Smilie

This one has Sunbrella fabric and shouldn't fade. Note this deal ends in about an hour or so (Special Buy of the Day) -> still available

Have seen many Costco Sam's club umbrella and base setup well within $200 regular price. What is so special about these at sale for $250?

This umbrella is 11', not 10'. It has Sunbrella fabric. It has solar-powered LED lights for ambience. Looks like it has a more substantial crank lift system. I believe it comes with the base; perhaps someone else can confirm.
