Max extension ladder length: 19' (won't get to most second story gutters)
Weight: 40lbs (not too hard to carry around, but cumbersome to stand up)
pro tip...with ladder in its smallest form factor, put your arm through the hole about waist height and hook hand on lower step, then lift with shoulder and hand supporting weight. it's very easy to move around this way.
