Saw this at my local home depot and looks like it's a pretty solid deal for a ladder of this size. Normally $259 so 50% off.

Yes! I got one last year for $99 its great but pain in the butt heavy. I curse every time I haul it out and am waiting for a deal on a 6 - 8 ft ladder that is better 9 out 10 times for my needs
