That's heck of a price for a pair of towers. Looks like no one wants to buy these. Not sure why? Adorama will need a lot of fiber to clear this out Smilie

You can get better speakers on clearance/open-box. BestBuy is clearing inventory of MartinLogan and you can find $1200k speaker for $350 open box

Not sure about the newer model but i have the old old one and i have to say, the best sound speaker i heard outside of Paradigm brand. I would think its a better technology now so i wouldn't mind buying these again

I've never actually heard of this brand, and most of the speaker deals I see here are from Klipsch. Is this a good deal on a reliable brand?

Listen before you buy. Speaker models vary within a brand, so you're not just buying a 'house sound'.
