Almonds have 10x as many oxalates as pistachios. Pistachios and macadamia and pecans are the lowest.

No, that comes out to $22.26 for 2 bags.

AND, these are with shell on, so you're paying for useless weight.

this deal will give you 64oz of shelled nuts for just under $18... for 4 bags... much better deal.

Man there must have been a bumper-crop of Pistachios this year, or the Pistacho Fleet from overseas docked early, because they are like giving these things away. This time last year I'm pretty sure a 1lb bag was like 9-12 dollars for awhile.......

So many delicious cheap nut deals recently. I love having tasty nuts in my mouth! Thanks for the great deal.

Seems to be good on up to 5 pounds, I got all 5. I figure $6 for shells on per lb is fair, so this is very good.

I do wonder what could be done with all these pistachio shells we discard. Surely there is a compost value or some industrial use for them, as an abrasive if nothing else? Seems like such a waste of time and useful shells.
