I highly recommend the Asics personally as someone who has flat feet and has been in the shoe business a long time. Main thing is getting your size right because the denser foam in the arch needs to hit right or they will feel like crap.

Ordered 2 for wife 2 for me
I've been wearing Hoka for well over 5 years now since my podiatrist recommended them for foot
issues.
That being said, Hoka does have a stability line that is very solid. They have an Arahi model that is a really nice shoe. It will be a slightly heavier than this shoe, now we're only talking about 1.4 oz.
