Ohhhh, wait, nevermind. I've just gotten so numb to this. She reminds me of: "would you like to try Amazon Music Unlimited and listen to the song you've actually requested?"
Me: "No"
Alexa: "Ok, here's a totally different song that's not related to the one you requested. I'm also going to keep playing terrible music for you until you break down and try Amazon Music Unlimited. And if you think you're frustrated now.... I'm only going to allow you to say "skip" 6 times per hour. Even though "I" choose those terrible songs. I WILL break you..." - Alexa

The personal hell I go through every time I try to request a song....Smilie

I tried a 4 month trial last year and it wasn't Spotify....it wasn't Apple Music....it was to me on par with Youtube Music in terms of interface, playlists, and recommendations.

I was not impressed, BUT, maybe it'd been better if I were in deep with Amazon's eco system

The individual plan is $8.99/mth. I intend to cancel at end of 4 months, so higher charge doesn't matter. Set up a calendar reminder.

I was already logged in on Amazon's home page, so I just clicked on Amazon Music tab and 4-month free trial offer was showing.
Pulled the trigger and set a 3 month 3 1/2 week calendar reminder.

Becareful with these Aamzon music deals. I had a "free" 4 months trial, but it showed that I was going to be billed 1 month later. Check your expiration date if you subscribe to this or cancel immediately.

This is a good deal as long as you cancel….I used their free prime music service for a long time but the recent updates are horrible… they used to have a lot of free songs to listen to, but now it will only play songs similar to the songs you search for….. also, if you are listening to one of their stations you also can no longer skip songs if you don't like one….so later Amazon music, there are much better free services out there

Yeah. They basically removed music from your prime service, and jacked up the yearly prime price last year as well. I cancelled my prime. It's not worth it anymore.
