Looks like a decent deal, but would have been better for my use case if they weren't flat free. I got the steel one from Lowes for $120 and it's super handy for moving logs.
Flat free is a nice feature in rugged terrain, but useless cart since it does not have a hitch to connect to ATV / UTV or tractor hitch. The handle may be slipped over a hitch ball, but depending on terrain it may slip easily off, which negates the use of the cart.
We have plenty of cart, so this is more of a caveat message to those who may plan on using it with an ATV, UTV or other Side-by type vehicle or even a tractor.

@KnightStar Why better if NOT flat-free? Your concern is the tires will be too rigid? I'm looking for the opposite and your comment put me on pause. I HATE when I need it most, one of the tires will often need air which is frustrating.

TBF, I haven't tried flat-free so take my opinion with a grain of salt, but yes I've read that its better to have the ability to underinflate on rough terrain. My use case is on an acreage so it is an important feature for me. If you use it on mostly flat areas I imagine the flat-free would be better for your use case.
I also have one of those portable tire inflate guns so its a breeze to inflate.
I got the gray one for $90 after tax less than a month ago and it's rated for 800 lbs, it also has the handle that turns into a trailer hitch and can be towed with a ride on mower or atv.
I needed such a cart a few months ago and ordered a 4 cu feet one, found it small and inadequate for hauling any proper sized stuff. Also the plastic was flimsy, so returned it ordered a 7 cu feet metal one. It was twice the price but atleast fit for purpose.

Matthew_D Thanks for the heads up. Looks like Amazon is really playing with the price of this one.
