Still learning how things work with the tow hitch setup. I'm so used to having a cross bar setup - most bike trays and snowboard carriers are compatible.
Again, thumbs up to OP. I would have pulled the trigger on this if it could hang 4 bikes. I would even chance it with my hybrid aluminum carbon bike

I bought an Allen Sports rack 12 years ago. It's similar to this. Tow hitch mounted for 3 bikes.The entire thing is metal, and it was only $100.
I went cheap last time and the Swagman XC2 launched one of my mountain bikes onto the road after going down the road just a few miles.

If you're set on this type of rack you can find them cheap on Craigslist and such since they aren't popular these days.
