Good price but my guess is they are going to release a new 2023 model and they are cleaning out inventory.

I don't doubt it, we need one now and getting rid of two old devices we never use to get it for $56 was a no brainer even for 2 year old tech. Granted my 3 year old will be using it so speed isn't a real concern.

amazon tablets are under rated, in my opinion. i tried one (hd 2021 model) because it was on sale for like $50 and it has been my go to. i only use it for reading and movies and show when i travel. it's light and the battery life is amazing.

Click the "trade-in" button right below main image. Once you go through that process just add it to your cart and it'll apply the $40 discount. It seems black is now the only color left in this model FYI.
