I don't think the saved game would be automatically synced.
There is a guide on the process to transfer from XGP to steam for Yakuza 0.
It likely could work for Kiwamis. However someone reported the same method does not work for 7.
Interestingly Yakuza Games support Xbox Play Anywhere so they are actually synced automatically between Xbox and PC if you own the XGP or Windows/Xbox Store versions.
