Just as a reminder, for those who are eligible, make sure you REMOVE YOUR CITI CARD immediately after you use the promo. This will ensure that you are eligible for the next one. In order to be eligible for these promos your citi card needs to be removed for some period of time (I believe 60 or 90 days) for them to treat it as you adding a new card to your account.

Gave away my personal information and signed away my privacy rights, and when I check out, code does not work. Costco CITI seemed to accept the information, but when I checked out, code was refused. They fooled me!

Ugg, so frustrating. I tried my Costco Citi and received the following message:

The promotional code you entered cannot be applied to your purchase.

Sometime in the past I would almost always qualify for these offers with various credit cards. Now I never qualify. I've tried removing the various cards and then re-adding, but that hasn't worked either. Would appreciate any other suggestions of what I might try.

Just a tip for everyone. After you use the promo remove the card. It increases your chances of being about to get the promo next time. I've done this several time with citi, chase and discover.

That's what I would have thought, except I removed mine and added it right back and it worked

I am being told by customer service that I'm not eligible because of the term listed "Offer is not available to anyone who removed and re added card after 6/20/2023."

As far as I know I added it today and didn't have it on previously, but they are saying that I did... Oh well
