I have the high volume inflator on the right. The air pressure isn't strong but gets better if you can 3D print a thinner nozzle. I use it to blow sawdust and debris off my workbenches. Main downside is it's pretty loud so you should use hearing protection.
Tire inflator is a great tool. You don't have to awkwardly park your car or wait at a gas station to inflate your tires. No dangling spiral cables to drag around your car while waiting for the timer to expire. Just walk around and get the job done quickly in the comfort of your driveway / garage / parking space. You get an instant read on the pressure as you're filling up a tire.
I use the inflator on my motorcycle all the time and on my cars sometimes. It takes a little bit on cars, but will do it. The high volume one is weak. 3D print tighter nozzles and it's good for blowing off the workbench.

Can you top off tires if they are initially filled with nitrogen? I was told that it will add moisture when using the inflator.

I don't sell nozzles sorry, but it's pretty easy to download 3D models online. Depending on where you live, it's also common to find public 3D printers at a local university or library workshop.
