If you have menards nearby they sell charbroil kit for $36. Using that for last 5 years no issues.

Buyer beware, sometimes the mounting hardware doesn't line up and requires some fanagling. There a couple youtube videos on the workaround

Thanks in for one. Last year I spatchcocked the turkey bc I didn't have it. Turned out great but still would prefer this instead

On an offset or gravity smoker just spatchcock your bird and you'll have the same result. Rotisserie is for ensuring even cooking over direct flame...

I use a Turkey cannon. Never had a problem with dry Turkey-plus you add a steam element and can add some additional flavors-wine apple juice, beer etc!
