Capital One Rewards is under maintenance atm, so I am unable to check other rewards and their respective values. Other rewards includes booking a flight, experiences, shop with Amazon, and cover recent travel purchases.
Never heard of aeroplan. Do you then transfer out of that to something else?

e.g.
I just flew biz class lufthansa for 70k aeroplan points from FRA to DFW (1 stop in IAH). I had originally booked FRA -> JFK non-stop on Signapore Airlines, which is arguably a better product, for 60k points, but I still had to fly JFK to DFW for 4 hours, so decided for the IAH route.
Sounds about the same with my past experiences with them, not keen to get slapped again 😆
We stopped using their cards after that.
