We'll see if this USX deal goes through. The one that was posted a few days ago I ordered and it was cancelled by Amazon due to a "technical error". I guess it happened to a few others as well. The company seemed to have plenty in stock... Called Amazon support and they couldn't give me an answer as to why but they did give me a courtesy credit which was cool...
*EDIT*
Don't get me wrong guys, I ordered this one too. Even though it's 2 bucks more, It's still a heck of a deal.

Just placed an order 30 mins ago via Walmart for a very similar one marked from $60 -> $29.99. Just cancelled that order to jump on this, great timing. Thank you
So I just bought a Sanus mount from Costco for $149 that seems to have pretty similar features.
Obvious expect some premium for the brand name, but there must be something better about them that they are 10x the price.
Can anyone compare the build quality of these off brands to something like Sanus / Monster?
The SANUS is much solid/sturdy also is wider which means is more flexible when you wanna put the TV in a specific location, the cheap TV mounts are 16 inches in the back, so the position of the TV will be limited by the positions of the studs. Also sometimes when the TV is heavy the TV tilts little forward by itself because of poor quality of the nuts to secure the tilt, for smaller TV's the cheap mount is fine but not for big TV's
Delivered on 6/26 and installed last night. Seems to be a very solid mount, had no issues. Allowed for leveling adjustments after I had the 70" tv installed on it which was nice. Being a degree or 2 off when dealing with just a 16" metal rectangle while installing the mount is tough to notice, but it gets greatly amplified when attached to a large TV.
