$50 cheaper than I paid for mine in 2015. I had to replace one of the heating elements last year ($28) but otherwise it has run great.

If you don't have proper electrical service, you may install 200 sq meters =0.05 acre solar array and take a shower when the sun is high in the sky. Probably mere $50-70k installed.

Any house with residential service in the US has the ability to use this. Not an issue at all. If you need an electrician to do the wiring, it's part of the cost of going tankless.

There are still many homes with only 100 amps service and my house was built 1996. This wouldn't work for me as it requires 113 amp max draw.

lol these things are insane 3 40 amp double poles... toss in that 40 amp induction stove and that eveeee charger or whatever else the city folk come up. Then reap the whirlwind of that 1 fuel source provider...the local teco, they love it!
