"If you stop your subscription and then resubscribe, your redeemed titles will be waiting for you."

Do you read that as if you get to keep access to all the previously redeemed games (from prior months) so long as you maintain membership?

Essentially it seems identical to PS Plus. If your sub expires, you lose acces; but if you re-sub you get it back.

Given the quantity and quality of Oculus titles I don't think they should charge the same amount as PS Plus. They need to offer better value imo.

Not really. With PS+ essential, the 3 free games you get a month are yours to keep and play even if your subscription expires or is inactive.
They are not yours to keep on any tier of PS Plus, you lose access once your subscription expires.

No you can't. You lose them until you resubscribe.

Way overpriced. Sony and Microsoft give you 2 games for free that you can play as long as you keep the subscription in addition to many other rotating games you get to play for free.

Do you have to have a VR headset to subscribe? I plan on getting V3 and have no problem signing up now to stockpile some games. But I don't have a headset currently.

Worth it for the $1 cost, not the $7.99. I haven't played Pistol Whip yet, might be a nice way to try it out. I haven't played mini-golf either, heard that it is dope. Either way, in it for the initial month, but not worth the subscription when I could be buying the game (on sale) for the cost of two months' subscription.

As a Q2 owner the amount of time it will take for you to get a title you'll actually play regularly you'll pay way more cumulatively than you would to just buy them outright.

Meta has a decent refund policy that can almost be used as a rental policy.

The problem here will be sub for a year at 8 per month. $96 dollars in you realize you're no longer that into it except for Beat Saber and walkabout minigolf. You unsub. Lose all access and spend 40 or 50 to get just those 2 games and you won't get the others until you resub.

Alternatively... Spend it only on months where a game seems interesting as your "rental" play for the month then cancel... But again... Metas refund policy can effectively do the same thing.

Not to mention if you browse their store from time to time eventually they'll give you a code for 30% off so... There's a different waiting game to play that will cost way less in the end.

Silly question: Are you getting the VR device as well with this subscription?

htc came out with a subscription service as well... I think it might be better? The description says unlimited access (I haven't read the fine print or anything) https://www.viveport.com/
it says it is compatible with quest headsets too, via link

So are there games available that make even getting the Meta worth it? Have the psvr and we don't play it much because of the limited catalogue.
