I cook a lot. Have done hundreds of neapolitan pizzas from scratch with a 24 hour fermentation on the dough, bread, all sorts of pastries, burger buns. I burnt two kitchen aids 6qt mixers. That is what a piece of junk is. All metal but a garbage motor that chokes kneading dough.
One day(2 years ago) I went on amazon and saw a chinese mixer very similar looking to this one for $90. I was skeptical but gave it a try. Two years later it's still working unlike my kitchen aids. It has a plastic body but the motor never burnt and I have pushed it harder than the all sensitive kitchen aids as the chinese mixer was less than $90.
