The scores in TimeSpy are:
RTX 4060 = 10,600 graphics score - average power use 95 watts
RTX 3070 = 10,900 graphics score - average power use 135 watts.
Add in RTX/DLSS/Frame Gen tech and the 4060 easily pulls ahead, which we will see a lot more of this tech moving forward.
The 4060 Ti got a lot of hate and deservedly so, but the 4060 is actually pretty decent and as a mobile chip its got insane efficiency over the previous gen for comparable performance. I think this is lost on many in the blind hatred towards the 4060. Having a significantly lower power consumption is also great for the CPU, as it will help keep temps low and allow more thermal and power headroom.

I recently picked up an Envy 16 with similar specs (13900H, 4060 8GB, QHD 120hz) from Best Buy open box for a slightly lower price. I personally prefer the form factor of Envy, but Omen will have better cooling and performance.

BTW, I have gotten used to working on a 27" QHD which is a plus because I can see CAD designs without excessively zooming in and can still read code without using windows scaling. I used to do this work on a 1080p 27" monitor. Now I don't think I can go back.
