There's a very limited selection of Android games that they have set up for this service. When I checked last week, all were Free to Play with in-game microtransactions. Since I'm not currently playing any F2P android games, it didn't make sense for me to actually find something to use the credit for.
It's basically running an android emulator in the background, and from what I've heard it's still pretty buggy.

I did this a couple months ago and the credit was loaded onto my account but it disappears after a couple days. Make sure you use it quick. You'll see it at check-out, in-game.

As Colamisu mentioned, the games on beta PC are just garbage. Nothing interesting to even play for free, not a single game from my 200+ library titles showed up on it. If they support Diablo Immortal (stopped playing as it became repetitive) and Subway Surfers then maybe I will consider playing.
Software is invasive to your PC as it enables virtualization on your device and deploys a custom OS instance. Opens a whole can of worms to security and privacy.
Your Google browser runs the same way. It's called sandbox
