FIX: Create a routine in the app so that at Noon every day, a "custom" statement of "stop by the way" The "by the way" is what Alexa calls most of these annoying notifications.

Every day at noon the echo will say "okay, I'll stop making recommendations." That's your "it's noon" bell.
Also, it will stop all notifications for the MAX time available... 24 hours, which is why it has to happen every day. (Don't pick 1AM or something or the mysterious voice responding "I'll stop notifications" will scare the crap out of you.)

Works great.

Didn't remove the bulb, checking on order details bulb got the invoice separately but 25% and deal of the day discount both applied to it as well - making the final price $5.67+tax for the bulb

Are you guys saying you got the 25% applied to the already discounted Echo Show? I just tried to do a trade-in... twice on two different Alex Shows I already own... I got the emails for both and both said I would get an instant gift card and 25% off of an eligible product. I added the Echo Show 10 to the cart with and without the bulb and only get the $87 discount from regular retail. I never see the 25%... Frown

In another Amazon thread (maybe the echo dot thread) it was said that the discount won't be issued until they receive your device. I initiated a trade in for an old fire stick. And am not getting the discount applied to a new one yet.

I couldn't see any option to order without the ring bulb. I wish I could get just the echo show for 94.82 and not be forced to spend additional 5.67 on a bulb which is useless for me since I don't own anything in the Ring ecosystem. I am going to have to throw the bulb away which seems wasteful.
