Amazon has the Echo Show 8 on sale for $59.99.
I was able to submit an old Echo Show 5 and an Amazon Cloud cam for a $30 trade in gift certificate. The 25% off trade in credited me another $32.50... so it's calculating the 25% off full value.
Basically free upgrade for me. Note, they had a similar deal on FireTV 4k Max sticks yesterday, but took away the trade in credit after a little while. So might want to hurry if you're interested.

They give the credit before hand only first time per account. If you had already used that once, then you are out of luck this time
