Be aware, my last trade in they said the box I sent was empty, after a whole ordeal with CS I managed to get my credit..but be warned. I think they partner with a different company for trade ins and they are sketch

This is a great price, but what I like the most is Samsung started accepting any smartwatch that's good for recycling purposes. Really don't need one but this is a good deal.

Seriously - can an old fitbit that can only track step count be qualified as smart watch? Or does it have to be a bit smarter like Xiaomi band? Not sure about the definition of smart watch.

I have a series 1 Apple watch , which always refuses to accept update from apple by staying at the update screen always. I wonder if it will fail my trade in when I send it in? If I decide to place an order regardless, what happen if they refuse to accept my trade in item? do I have opportunity to return
