These are being sold as "unopened" to get around pricing guidelines. As a result they wont officially come with a warranty, but people on Woot have said Vitamix honors the warranty anyway. An Asurion Protection Plan is also available.

Got the same email regarding no periwinkle and offering yellow. It shouldn't matter but the yellow just isn't doing it for me. It's especially annoying after missing the consideration of black for $400 at prime day. Not sure how they waited so long to determine this issue Frown

Got the no periwinkle email as well. Costco has the Vitamix E520 Blender Package for $320 online. Is it similar quality? I, too, would love to avoid a yellow appliance.

I didn't want yellow either but they'll probably never get periwinkle in stock again if these were from 2021, I figure I'll just vinyl wrap it or put a decal design over the yellow and work with it.

Also was sent a refund after being told they were shipping out the Lemon color. They never contacted me to let me know there was a problem and just issued a refund. This might be my last Woot! purchase, they completely dropped the ball service wise.

Yeah this purchase was the last straw from woot for me, I did get the yellow one just right now and it is practically new but holy crap that was a long time to wait with weird hiccups along the way.

Actual blender is a beast though, also got the 7 year warranty.
