What button? I see a button for "Apply Now" that takes me to Capital One's website. And in the Slickdeals mobile app, the "See Deal" button does the same thing.
So then I saw at the bottom capitaloneoffers.com. I take it all this text in the deal is just copied and pasted from another page.
I tried to get to capitaloneoffers.com by navigating through Capital One's website capitalone.com just to make sure it was legit, or it was linked correctly with my card. But I didn't see any way to do that. I was able to get to capitaloneshopping.com, which apparently is pushing a Chrome browser extension.
So the only way I guess I can attempt this would be to put capitaloneoffers.com directly in my browser. How can I trust that will give me the $50? :/

There's the "Credits for Shopping" section on there -- click on "View All Offers" then pick Staples so its linked to your CapOne card/account
Hmm we'll I don't see Credits for Shopping or View All Offers. Maybe it depends what card you have. I have 2 Capital One CCs. For my Quicksilver, I see Offers and Upgrades, which just has a single one for a $150 referral reward. For my REI card, it just shows my REI rewards.
