- Visit the promotion page and click 'Continue to Merchant'.
- Note: If the direct offer link doesn't work for you after logging in to your account, go to the general Capital One Offers page and look for the Staples offer.
- Make an eligible purchase at Staples and receive $50 statement credit.
- Complete your purchase using your Capital One credit card in the browser that opens. Purchases made through a merchant's app will not qualify for the rebate.

I did not and it only showed as pending. Now at day93. Called today and you must ask for 'exclusive products department'. Nice lady had no problem finding it and sending it through. Takes 7-10 days to post. Congrats to all and rep to OP.

I called Capital One about it a month ago and they told me to wait 3 billing cycles. Now on the 4th I called again. The credit never showed on the portal, but they gave a $50 courtesy credit, which was nice. What a pain...makes me not want to use the card anymore.
So if you haven't gotten your credit, reach out.
