It's not a bad deal, but I would certainly recommend the 20V iteration of these. I borrowed the 20V DeWalt drill for some work I had to do and it was good enough that I went for the 20V drill / 20V power driver set (with two batteries) that was on sale last week for ~$125

My most-used power tool! I have 20v DeWalt as well, but this small impact is so handy and lightweight. Worked really good for installing steel roofing panels. Highly recommend!

12V is a fantastic line. beyond capable for most work, and you can't beat the portability. i mean if you like / need the 20V, by all means go for it. but 12V are more powerful / can do much more than what most people (esp on SD for some reason) think.
