A couple days ago there was only one on the shelf (in the cage), marked $300 and BS showed $300 also. I checked BS this morning and it showed $250 with unknown quantity. I went to the store and there were two; the one I got was marked $250 and I didn't check the tag of the other.

Brickseek prices are correct. Their inventory is not (they no longer show inventory)

I prefer the 10 over the 11. Video looks great on the 11 but the dumb things overheat constantly if air isn't moving over them.

Correct! I tried several times but the UI of these knock off apps suck so bad I went with the hero 11 back in April because it was that or nothing for our trip. I really wanted to keep the most current AKASIO that came out however it wasn't any better than the crappy quality it had 4 years ago. I was disappointed.
