I'd love to be able to buy a laptop without Windows preinstalled, makes them so much cheaper. Pretty sure Dell used to have that option back in the day, some of their models had Windows-less listings, very cool

I'd love to be able to buy a laptop without Windows preinstalled, makes them so much cheaper. Pretty sure Dell used to have that option back in the day, some of their models had Windows-less listings, very cool

they used to...then microsoft said no more.....I wish they did to, first I do is wipe it and put Arch on it...

seems like a decent deal.. but that screen seems low nits

Total after tax should be $599. Amex doesn't get the information from Dell about how much tax was charged.

eBay is where you can find systems without OS but they are refurbished or used. You can find HP Elitebooks from 2020-2022 and many still under warranty without an OS loaded because some resellers are not authorized to load an OS on them

Usually it is on the left side or right side of the laptop, this doesnt have it on either side according to photos... very odd imo.
