I have 2022 version of this short and I am super-disappointed with Costco due to quality of Gerry fabric.

I have worn them in house and due to frequent rubbing against sofa (my theory), shorts fabric has been bobbing and developing horizontal tears. Very similar experience with Gerry's long pants made from same/similar fabric.

This is unlike Costco …

I wouldn't buy them again.

EDIT: I cross-checked and compared against 2023 and fabric is same between 2022 and 2023 for consumer like me.

Hey do these fit true to size in the waist? I wear a 30" which they do not sell in store. Just got the Gladiator t shirt deal and the small size is like M/L, so was wanting to ask those who have purchased these before, thanks

I bought them last year and had a similar experience. The fit was weird; too tight in the thigh area. I prefer the Hang Ten shorts that Costco also sells.

Bought these on clearance last year and just recently returned them when I finally tried to wear them. Something with the material keeps scratching my legs like melted plastic ends. Made it very uncomfortable. Also pockets was very shallow.

This. Quality of material is so Farking bad. Not this brand every Farking brand from Costco is lousy in the last year compared to year or two ago!
