Just picked up two open boxes (both in fair condition) from nearby Best Buy.

One was total trash in a plastic box without any accessories and the other was in brand new condition less a charger. Even S-Pen was included. I returned the bad one and kept the good one . Also chatted with Samsung online to activate warranty starting today (for a full 1 year).

I think this is a decent deal if you are in Samsung Ecosystem (which I know is not the best) but still not bad.

Build quality seems very good.

The trash condition laptop was returned to best buy at 1455 Stafford Market Pl. Don't bother with this one.

As mentioned I bought this in May and maybe I should have took a chance on an "acceptable" one. Oh well I'm super happy with my excellent one which seems brand new and I saved $100's.

I am updating BIOS and I really like the laptop. Good value and this is exactly what I was looking for.

I found this last week and returned it. No power supply, no s pen, slight bend in chasis on the bottom center air vents (looks like the previous owner held it too tight), got really hot on the bottom, and finally, by design, the speakers are placed flush on the bottom so if placed on your lap or on carpet, the sound is really low and muffled.

I ended up getting the 16inch LG Gram 2-in-1 from Costco and the design is better. The Gram also has a full USB port 😁

Yep. I was debating between the Gram and this and went with this. You can't go wrong with either one (assuming brand new)
