Please note that if a part breaks during disassembly this will not count against your refund, but if the traction pads have been used then the value of the pads ($20) will be deducted from the refund since these pads cannot be reused or recycled in any way. Shipping fees are nonrefundable and the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. For orders located within the 48 contiguous United States, a FedEx return label can be provided on request for a $35 fee."
this is one of the least expensive of the cat wheels.

They did send me replacements after sending in photos of all the damage. The replacement parts took 3 times as long to get sent to me as the original purchase. One of the replacement parts was also scratched, but I gave up at that point.
My cats were not too interested, so I contacted the company about a return, but I was outside the 30 day window. Why? Because it took that long to get replacement parts.
Also, if your cat even thinks about using it once, the pads will be damaged, so no refund on those.
It is overpriced, but all the cat wheels are.
As another place to take a nap.
i paid $227.38 after tax in june of 2021
i have seen some people say they have been using cheaper parts with the more recent ones but im not sure
