I purchased a Dell laptop a month ago for $100 more with almost the same spec except it comes with nVidia MX70A. (https://www.dell.com/support/kbdo...?lang=en). My guess this is the same model with no dedicated graphic card. I do not play game so I do see the use of this extra graphic card.
btw, the spec here mentioned that the max memory is 64GB in the post while Dell's manual mentioned 32GB if you want to upgrade your memory. Btw, Dell also mentioned that the option for 32GB configuration is 2x16GB DDR4 4800MHz memory which confused me a lot because there are no SoDimms with this spec. All SoDimms with 4800MHz are DDR5.
