Isn't there a new version of the power/battery/control part of the multi head system? I think this is the first gen version. We might see more deals on this version as they get rid of the old stock for the new one.

Yes, this combo comes with PH1400 power head. There is a newer PH1420 one that is carbon fiber. It only comes by itself or in a lot with string trimmer I think.

I debated trying to get that myself, but haven't seen any good deals. And I plan to use the powerhead with my less used attachments (like edger, hedge trimmer, chainsaw). And keep a string trimmer standalone.
