It's only 720mg EPA/DHA, not 1200mg. And that's from TWO softgels.

Low amounts. And I prefer mostly epa after the recent studies. But super cheap so I'll churn through them.

The Omega 3 is really low, not worth it. Yes, the rest are fillers which you dont need. The ones I get a Sams is 1000 mg Omega 3, it double the cost and only 1 pill per day.

Anyway, do you notice any improvement in your good cholesterol count? I barely make a dent. I am not sure if it is genetics. If you know more, let us know.
