If you are caught dumping antifreeze onto the ground, you'll be facing a huge fine. I'll call law enforcement myself if I see you.

They should ban antifreeze. I would call law enforcement when I see people buying antifreeze.

Agree that car owners shouldn't try to flush on their own, but rather have a service shop do it because collecting the old coolant is virtually impossible.

Yeah... Make it a law that everyone must pay a shop to change coolant in vehicles because you can't figure out how to use a drain pan. Great idea.

We're talking about flushing the whole system, not draining just the radiator. Flushing is the thorough way.
