those reviews all have the same theme and should be alarming to anyone... most complain they did not receive all the boxes...... that the boxes they did receive all had identical parts.... company ghosts them..... and one person said company doesn't even exist as their email was sent back as "undeliverable".

This would've been a great deal otherwise for what it is, but if the reviews are like that, then guess I'll pass :/

The first time I purchased this set I only received the weights. Since it is actually sold by Walmart and not a 3rd party i was able to return it for an immediate refund in person at walmart so no return shipping or waiting for a refund.

I decided to give it another shot since it was half the price of similar sets on Amazon and I am happy I did. Everything showed up the second time. Quality seems good and assembly was very simple.

I had been looking for a Bowflex or equivalent for a very long time and was actually starting to consider this unit but then I saw those reviews..... I quickly closed that browser tab, lol

Got this 2 years ago. Parts were missing and some didn't align with the holes. Customer service said they would ship replacement parts but never received them. I thankfully purchased via PayPal so I sent them all the proof I had and won the case. Ended up getting the full amount refunded and didn't even have to return it. They should've helped me when they had the chance, oh well.
