I have this and I had the DCS331B model jigsaw. I like them both but prefer the newer model for the light on the workspace just to make it easier to see your cut line. The DCS331B cuts deeper than this with a standard t shank blade because the blade clamp is lower on the front of the saw but I haven't had any issues so far with what I have been doing (mainly 1x, vinyl plank and osb). I can't remember the exact difference but it's around 1/4"-1/2" if I remember correctly.

Seems like it would be a better deal to hack the home Depot deal. The jigsaw, 2 batteries and charger for $172.59 (with the impact wrench)
I'm actually debating on it because I need a new jigsaw to install some lvp. Just not sure about investing into another battery ecosystem.

Basically you add the free gift with the jigsaw to cart. Have them shipped to or picked up at different stores. Some times that's not possible. When that's not possible just Buy and return the part that you don't want.

Dude, thanks for the call out, I totally forgot I activated this deal because it is on my secondary Chase card, was able to get this thing for 60 bucks. DEFINITE score.
