This model has trackpad issues. I bought it from Dell and had to return it.
Looks really good on paper. Need to read up on the Trackpad issue.
EDIT : The touchpad issue seems to be a deal breaker as lot of people seem to be facing it. I also faced touchpad issues with my previous laptop and struggled to get rid of it, not doing that again
You answered your own question: it ain't a MacBook.

Good specs for the price. The color of the laptop is green. Seller notes says 2 years Dell warranty, although product page shows eBay refurbished and two year Allstate warranty.

Out of nowhere, the cursor will start shaking. It's very random. Don't know what triggers it. Uninstalled and reinstalled trackpad drivers, Dell customer rep tried to fix it, nothing helped. After restarting the laptop, the trackpad will behave as expected for some time (which can be minutes or hours). I knew about this trackpad issue even before I bought it from reading reviews, but I thought that maybe those people got a lemon. Unfortunately, the problem is more prevalent than I hoped. Otherwise I liked the machine. On the heavier side, but the build quality felt very premium, the display was nice.
How's the battery life? Does the hard drive stop working after a couple months? A MacBook with these specs would go for 2k+ easy. What's the catch?
It doesn't come with a hard drive. It comes with a Solid State Drive which is very reliable. Why would you assume the drive would stop working after a couple months?
Was just about to buy Inspiron 2 in 1 so went to best buy to try it out and experienced mentioned trackpad issue. It was just randomly appearing in different places. I thought it was this particular device glitch. But now will stay away from Inspirons.
Man, will have to look for another model.

Why would you stay away from Inspirons? You think all Inspirons use this trackpad? They don't.

Edit: drive, not hard drive

FWIW, the seller has 5 left (if you add 6 to the cart, it says the seller doesn't have that many left).
