Clearance in Tucson area $125 YMMV.
Brickseek link below, doesn't show price just Clearance, but from what I've seen the in stock numbers in BS are close. You need to go into a store that shows stock, try to find it, and get a price check or like in my case the yellow clearance price sticker on the shelf was $125. Last week it was $175. I found it in a caged/locked end cap that was all Milwaukee stuff.
BEWARE the homedepot link will NOT show clearance items that are indeed in stock. Link is for reference so you can get the detail, specs, etc, or if you want to order it for $249.
