Pretty sure this is the Costco model that I bought and returned earlier this year. It was the loudest, hottest-running non-gaming laptop I've used in some time - these Intel P-series processors are really just space heaters in disguise.

Exactly. I told pp not to buy 12th gen lg gram. The 11th gen G series core much better for thin laptop
