You can set a letterbox display resolution that matches a ultrawide monitor. You will just see black bars on the top and bottom of the screen like you do with movies. Its kind of gimmicky but not really bs. Might be good for games like WOW or Horizon.

I have the 32in version and what they don't seemingly market and that arguably made me upset when I paid 800$ was the "smart display" aspect. Like, has streaming service apps and whatnot like a smart tv. So for a "dedicated pc monitor" you have to go into settings and set default launch to pc input. Otherwise it boots to what I would call like android tv/smart tv menu. It was disappointing af. But my drive to micro center isn't easy when I bought it and almost too much work to return it. Love the display… don't love the settings/set up.

Was really tempted but....no curve is a big no. Also the reviews are not kind.

A lot of reviews are complaining about more the setup/connection aspects of the monitor as opposed to the actual picture quality.

Looking on the Samsung website there is a firmware update. Will give it a shot from Amazon I guess.

Agree. I use a 43" 60hz QLED now and I am expecting this to replace two needs (work and gaming) with much better PQ to boot. I can deal with a few issues for this price.
