Keeps removing for me. I think it's dead.
If the promo code is applied in cart before checkout, it'll automatically be removed during the checkout process if your default payment is anything other than Zip Pay. Be sure to edit your payment method to Zip Pay and then manually enter the promo code afterwards.
I saw an approval process and said nope.
