Ya, my rep flat out said Samsung doesn't allow discounts to stack and he said epp is the best option.

I purchased one last week when the promotion was $60 more , i just contacted the customer service with 5 mins to save the $60 more , maybe you guys can also try that to get 10% additional discount as well , dont click on expert chat , they wont able to help you , choose from the customer service title selection for the chat .

Ordered the 910C last week for $600, although this is a sweet price I dunno if I need to send it back and pay the difference. Probably not a giant upgrade.

That being said, I know in the past you could talk to CS and get an additional 10% refunded for a complaint or something. Any tips on this? Various reports in this thread say it still works or doesn't. Can't make heads or tails on it. THANKS.
