I solved the disconnect issue with my surround/backspeakers. My Asus ET12 router uses a combined 2.4+5GHz network. Splitting them into two seperate networks (different names, too) and only connecting to the 2.4GHz with the soundbar removed all my issues. 🙂 Awesome soundbar!
I was able to get a chat agent to offer the 10% finally, I went to check out and the product dropped to 814.99 before the 10% code, was still showing the 10% off, used Klarna to pay and when I was on the Klarna site to check out, the price changed, so now the 10% discount is gone. Unable to even cancel to try again and the code I was given is no longer valid so, if anyone has any experience with please let me know what happened and if you had any resolution.
was able to cancel and re order, got the 10% back on it but unable to get the 814.99 original price I was seeing for some reason. unsure what the trigger for that was. possibly first order on the Shop Samsung app however its not my first order and there was no indication that was applied. oh well. 814 total will have to do.
