a certain cashback site has 10%, paypal has 12%, and western digital recycle coupon is 15%, stacking all three gives a potential price of $74.92

seems like the bottom has fallen out on SSD prices!
Ever since YMTC entered the market, those name brand SSD factories suddenly stopped catching fire or other natural disasters. laugh out loud

I paid 145$ for 2TB in May and Amazon sent me the 1TB one mistakenly and refused to refund me unless I returned it even though I sent them all the proof they needed (I used a freight forwarder to have it sent overseas so wasn't able to return it). Today I saw the 1tb fall to 55$. So I made a loss of 90$ thanks to someone's mistake.
So you wanted a refund and to keep the product? What am I missing here?

I do the freight forward thing as well. Don't piss off Amazon on that or they will stop shipping to your fright forwarder address. Big Grin It's not Amazon's fault you aren't in the USA Stick Out Tongue Just mail it back to someone in the USA and then have them drop it at a Kohls or UPS store.

Any way to get the recycle coupon right away? How would I use it for this now? I've got plenty of garbage drives to send them, but can't wait months for a coupon, lol.

Have you actually received both cashbacks? Simply paying with PayPal doesn't get you 12% reward back, you need to use their link and that would overwrite the other cashback link. If you got both, what's the process? Thanks.

I've gotten both cashbacks to stack. If you are able to see the store without searching and click "add" or "save", then you do not need to click through the link from paypal website, you only need to pay with paypal and the cashback will trigger. I haven't been able to figure out how to add a store that only shows up through search, however. There used to a button to "load more stores" on the deals page but it's not there anymore.

Just got one of these 2TB drives a couple months ago. After having a data loss scare a week ago due to a randomly failing 870 EVO (thanks Samsung?) I'll be picking up a 2nd one to set up RAID, especially at these prices.

I think I'll buy another 2 pairs of the 1TB drives to replace my random assortment of SATA drives as well. You really can't go wrong with the specs on these drives at these prices now.

The only negative is that the integrated heatsink versions aren't on sale for the same discount, but heatsinks are easy and cheap enough.

Yeah that's the problem for me, WD only shows up with the search and can't be added/saved.
